Service Description

An 8 hour day with breaks to review all the questions and puzzle pieces to help address the challenges in your organisation. A collaborative session where we examine a set of scenarios, understand your market, your current donors/investors, budgets, finances, the changing PESTLE landscape at play. We rule out what you will and won’t consider realistic opportunities. At the closing of the day, we will arrive at general framework of aims and objectives for the next 3 months, year and 3 years; which resources you will need and what your current staff and volunteers can do now; what the financing gap is between what you have and what you will need to achieve your general goals. At the end of this, you will have the opportunity to invite Arakura to write the full strategic plan.
